Using this website
The texts, visual identity, images and software presented on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You may view and share this website in the ordinary way; any other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Software and workstations
ClinicDZ is software for medical practices. The main workstation holds the practice's working database. Additional licensed workstations can work with it over the practice's local network while the main workstation is available. External services such as WhatsApp need Internet access.

Displayed prices
The displayed price is 39 000 DA for the first workstation and 19 000 DA for each additional workstation in the same practice. The number of workstations and the final payable amount are confirmed in the individual offer before purchase.

We aim to keep the descriptions and prices on this website accurate. Before any purchase, the proposed configuration and commercial conditions are confirmed directly with you.

Request and acceptance
The website form opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. You must send that message to reach us. A request for a demonstration or licenses is an inquiry, not an online order, payment or acceptance of a contract, and the website itself does not accept payment or conclude a purchase. We confirm the proposed configuration and sale conditions with you before a purchase is agreed.

Information provided before purchase
The individual offer states the software and workstation configuration, total price and any applicable charges, payment and invoicing arrangements, installation and activation arrangements, license scope and duration, included assistance, and any applicable warranty or cancellation conditions. Review these details before accepting the offer.

Use at the practice
Each additional workstation needs its own license and access to the main workstation over the local network. The practice should maintain suitable equipment and backups of its working data. The agreed offer determines any installation or assistance supplied by ClinicDZ.

Cancelling or refunding a license
Cancelling a request before installation, or refunding an activated license, is covered by our Refund policy rather than by these terms.

Questions and complaints
For a question about a quote, license, payment or problem after purchase, contact ClinicDZ through the number below. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable Algerian law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the way we sell it changes. The version published on this page applies; check the last updated date above.

Language of these terms
This website and these terms are published in French, English and Arabic for convenience. Where a translation differs from the French version, the French version prevails.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Algeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with you is subject to the jurisdiction of the Algerian courts, without affecting any mandatory protection you are entitled to as a professional customer.
